Enterprises must visit the local electronic port data center to submit the China Electronic Port Enterprise Network Access Registration Form, a copy of the business license, and other materials to complete the network access process. Upon completion, the enterprise will receive a legal entity card and an operator card, which can be used to log in to the electronic port system.

If the enterprise's import/export products fall under the statutory inspection and quarantine catalog, quarantine inspection registration is also required. Enterprises can log in to the local Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau's business system, fill in the relevant registration information, and submit materials such as a copy of the business license and the Foreign Trade Operator Registration Form. After approval by the inspection and quarantine department, the enterprise will have completed quarantine inspection registration.
