To find a formal import agent in Shanghai, you can start with an online search. Use a search engine to enter relevant keywords, such as "Shanghai import agents," and review the top-ranked results with well-structured websites and detailed information. Formal agents like Zhongshitong usually have comprehensive official websites introducing their business scope and service cases.
Secondly, industry exhibitions are also a great channel. Attend import and export trade exhibitions held in Shanghai to communicate face-to-face with agencies and directly assess their scale and professionalism.
You can also ask peers for recommendations. Their actual cooperation experience can provide valuable references, as they can share the pros and cons of the agents they’ve worked with. Additionally, chambers of commerce and industry associations can be consulted, as they often recommend more formal agents.
