There is no fixed standard for import agency customs clearance costs, which are affected by various factors. First, the type of goods. The customs clearance cost for ordinary daily necessities may be lower than that for special commodities. Second, the value of the goods. Usually, the agency fee is charged at a certain percentage of the goods' value. There is also the transportation method. The customs clearance costs for sea freight and air freight are different.
Taking Zhongshitong as an example, for the import agency customs clearance of ordinary daily necessities, the basic agency fee may be around 1000 - 3000 yuan, which does not include some actual reimbursement fees. For example, the customs declaration fee is 200 - 500 yuan, the inspection fee depends on the actual situation and may range from several hundred to over a thousand yuan, and there are also document fees, terminal fees, etc. These miscellaneous fees may add up to several hundred to two thousand yuan. Overall, the import agency customs clearance cost for a small batch of ordinary daily necessities may be around 2000 - 6000 yuan.
It is recommended that you consult several agency companies and compare their quotations and services.
