Extensive experience helps handle complex clearance issues better. Second, service capability is crucial, including whether they offer one-stop services covering customs declaration, inspection, and transportation. Also, pay attention to their customer service responsiveness. Third, price isn't always better when lower—too low may indicate hidden fees or poor service.
