Electronic port network access is essential for online customs declaration and inspection functions. Enterprises must schedule an appointment and visit the local Electronic Port Data Center to submit the China Electronic Port Enterprise Network Access Registration Form, original and copy of the business license, and Foreign Trade Operator Registration Form. Staff will process the information and issue cards, ultimately providing the enterprise with a Legal Person Card and Operator Card, which enable login to the electronic port system for relevant operations.
